Morning:
Arrive
at Sydney airport, met by your hosts Geoff
and Baiba James. Transfer to Stamford Plaza Hotel
( 5 star ) in Double Bay.

Afternoon:
Play
golf at The Lakes Golf Club,
located 5 kms. from Sydney`s CBD. One of Australia`s
most famous courses, home of the Greg Norman classic
in recent years. A back 9 water carries that will
test even the most skilled golfer.
Evening
(optional, own expense):
Dinner at Bennelong Restaurant,
Sydney Opera House. Upstairs at the Opera House
complex, maximising the buildings stunning architecture,
chic but accessible. 2/ 3 courses $55 - $66. Cocktail
lounge open till midnight.

Morning:
Golf
Lesson at Homebush Olympic
Golf facility, includes digital video analysis
with professional Scott Davis and staff.
Afternoon:
Play
Golf at Bonnie Doon Golf
Club, one of Australia`s oldest golf clubs,
20 mins. from the city. Built on sand dunes and is
an undulating modern links style course providing
a challenge to all golfers.
Evening:
Sunset Harbour Cruise
private charter yacht, sail around Sydney Harbour,
watch the sun set and the city lights come on, while
enjoying a sumptuous Aussie seafood buffet. An excellent
night you'll remember for a long time.

Wednesday
Morning:
NSW
Golf Club, the premier golf course in NSW.
Rated #3 in Australia. Designed by Alistair Mackenzie,
unique character, set among the hills that hug the
rugged Pacific Ocean, magnificent ocean views.
Afternoon:
Optional
tour of some of Sydney`s beaches,
Maroubra, Coogee, Clovelly, Bronte and the famous
Bondi Beach.
Evening
(optional, own expense):
Dinner at Rockpool Restaurant,
in the Rocks. One of the most famous and highly regarded
restaurants in Sydney. The seafood dishes are always
great. Claimed to be the originator of Modern Oz cuisine.
Entrees $31 - $35, mains $42 - $45.

Shopping
in Double Bay / the City.
Afternoon:
Golf
at Royal Sydney Golf Course.
Perhaps Australia`s most elite golf club. The course
is one of the best in the country. The clubhouse is
famous for its sheer size, grandeur and style. Club
played host to Australian Open in 1999, won by Aaron
Baddely.
Evening
(own expense):
Dinner at Bar Italia
in Leichhardt, known as Sydney`s little Italy. Very
popular restaurant , cafe and gelateria. Outdoor
court yard. entrees $3 - $4.50, mains $8 - $14.50
Or choose to have dinner in Chinatown and visit
Sydney Star
City Casino.

Friday
Morning:
Drive
to the Blue Mountains,
68 miles west of Sydney. The mountains provide sweeping
views of the bushland and valleys, eucalypt
forests, waterfalls, sheer cliffs and dramatic scenery.
Australia`s Grand Canyon. Golf at one of the 3
mountain courses, all are set amongst natural
bushland with stunning mountain views.
Afternoon:
Sight
seeing of this heritage listed area,
visit Echo Point, take a ride on the Scenic Railway
, the steeepest railway in the world.
Evening:
Dinner at Otto's
in Woolloomooloo, marina views from the recently refurbished
Finger Wharf. Fine Italian dining in smart surrounds.

at night. Welcoming service and fine dining. The salad
of quail, smoked duck and foie gras is delectable.

Golf
at Riverside Oaks.
Less than 1 hour away from Sydney, Riverside Oaks
is set in 587 acres of unspoilt bushland bordered
by the Hawkesbury River and wild life reserve. 18
hole, par 72 championship course is 6,311 metres long
and rated among the top courses in Australia. The
course layout is designed for golfers of all standards
offering a challenging, rewarding game in a quiet
bushland setting.
