BookingProcedure:
Deposits
and Final Payments:
- A
deposit will be required within seven (7) days of confirmation
of booking as per arrangement.
- Final
payment must be made thirty (30) days prior to travel.
- With
bookings made less than thirty (30) days prior to travel,
final payments must be made within forty eight (48)
hours of the confirmation of your booking.

Cancellations:
-
Bookings are actioned on receipt of the deposit.
- The
deposit is non refundable if cancelled thirty (30) days
prior to departure.
- A
booking cancelled forty five (45) days prior to departure
will incur a US$200 handling charge.
- Cancellations
prior to seven (7) days before departure - 50% of total
cost.
- Cancellations
less than seven (7) days before departure - 80% of total
cost.
- Cancellations
on the day of departure - 100% of total cost.

prices are subject to some change depending on the
currency fluctuation. They are worked out November
18, 2004 on a rate of AUD$1 = US$0.78 cents. The prices
for restaurant meals are quoted in AUD$.

tour price includes :

nights accommodation at Stamford Plaza Hotel in
Double Bay in delux rooms with buffet breakfast.
(5 star hotel).

Changes
to Itinerary:
- Because
of the changing operational conditions, we reserve the
right to make changes to the itinerary when necessary.
- We
will always substitute a golf course of equivalent interest
or a hotel of similar standard.
- The
operation of the scheduled tour will be subject to minimum
numbers being achieved.

Price
Guarantee:
- Fluctuating
currency conversions and increased costs can mean an
increased holiday cost. However, we guarantee that once
your full fare has been received by Michael Shean and
Partners on behalf of Great OzeGolf Tours, there will
be no increase in the cost of the holiday. So book and
pay as early as posible to guarantee the prices stated
in our publications.
